SUMMER 2024 UPDATE

We had a good week working on the outdoor facility. The pool deck has been power washed and stained. The clay courts are ready to be lined and we will start the process this Tuesday. Hopefully, weather permitting, we will have them open this Thursday. Next week we will have new roofs installed on the pool and pump house. After the installation of the roof of the pool house we will put up the cover over the deck and replace some of the siding of the pool house and paint the exterior. At the same time we will paint the pool and start filling the pool and have it available for swimming by Memorial Day weekend.
We have created several groups, pickleball and tennis, on the “Discord” app. You can get the app for free and once installed you can search for the OTC Sports Center. We have created two pickleball groups and one tennis group. The groups are for Monday Tennis and Tuesday and Friday pickleball. That way it will show who is coming.
We are continuing the Tuesday and Friday mingling for Pickleball from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m.
We would also like to bring back the Monday morning tennis mingling starting Monday May 13 at 10:00 a.m. We are forming a group on the “Discord” app. You can get the app for free and join the Monday morning tennis group.

We have not forgotten about clinics. We are planning to hold them once we have the outdoor facility work done. More information soon!

If you did not join for the summer season your door entry code has been removed from the system. New numbers will be assigned to players who are joining for the day, week, month or season.
